I recently had the pleasure of staying at a family-friendly hotel nestled in a peaceful location. the hotel's well-maintained premises and Christmas decorations created a warm and homey atmosphere. the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even offering to provide pool slippers. the room I booked had a stunning view of the lake and mountains, and the modern bathroom facilities were a standout. the catering exceeded my expectations, with delicious meals and a variety of options to choose from. the facilities, including the spa/pool area and kids club, provided endless entertainment for both children and adults. it was a perfect family destination.
The wifi connection was a bit slow, especially in my room on the edge of the building.

Great family atmosphere with lots of activities for kids, including a ski school. Lovely Christmas decorations throughout the hotel and delicious food with plenty of options available. the ski, in, ski, out location is excellent and the snow during my New Year's week was perfect! the indoor pool and spa area were great for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The Wi, Fi was a bit slow at times and could be frustrating, but it wasn't a deal breaker. the ski area is quite small with limited slopes, which might be an issue for more experienced skiers looking for a challenge.
